A limited number of exclusive terrace homes have been released at the latest residential stage of Hamilton’s mixed-use riverfront precinct, Portside Wharf.

The 14 two storey River Terraces will occupy absolute river frontage with many of them enjoying a private entrance and direct access from the wharf and river walk.

Spread over the first two levels of the luxury 16 storey apartment building, Pinnacle, which has already reached $56 million in sales before construction begins this year, the Soho-style homes will consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two dedicated car spaces in the secure car park.

Portside Wharf Project Director Lee Butterworth said opportunities to secure such a rare address are strictly limited.

“It will be a case of ‘first in best dressed’ as these unique homes will not last,” he said.

“There is very limited new terrace home stock available in Brisbane, particularly with a riverfront location, and with only 12 remaining, these homes really are hot property.”

The River Terraces start from $795,000 and range in size from 92sqm to 183sqm.

Mr Butterworth said the homes’ outdoor living space ranged from 11sqm to 76sqm and offered a unique entertainment space with stunning river views.

“These homes are built to maximise connectivity with the river and wharf, while their elevated position keeps them private – perfect for the buyer who loves to entertain,” he said.

“Residents will also enjoy access to Pinnacle’s rooftop terrace with pool, barbeque, entertainment area and gymnasium as well as the retail precinct directly on their doorstep.

“With their floor space and amenity, the River Terraces are an ideal interlude between a stand-alone house and apartment living.”

He said the River Terraces not only boasted a prime position within Portside Wharf, they are also ideally located within Brisbane.

“Portside Wharf is just ten minutes from the CBD, 15 minutes from the domestic and international airports and within easy access to the Gateway Motorway,” he said.

“The shopping and dining precinct sits between key economic areas and is easily connected to the rest of the city by public transport including the City Cat.

Hamilton is one of Brisbane’s most sought-after addresses and Portside Wharf boasts the best of what this premier suburb has to offer.”

The mixed use community comprises four completed residential buildings – Promenade, Flare, Infinity and Loft – with two new stages, Pinnacle under construction and Link about to start construction.

Luxury residential living at it’s best – Portside Wharf is now home to more than 30 retailers including a Dendy Cinema, Jetts gym, IGA supermarket, day spa, barber and hairdresser as well as boutique fashion stores and some of Brisbane’s best dining.
