Sales at Promenade Hamilton Apartments at Portside Wharf have hit more than $79 million, with a run of apartments snapped up in-line with the building’s completion.

Brookfield Residential Properties has posted more than $6.9 million in new sales in the past three months alone, with construction finalised on the luxury residential apartments in Brisbane last month.

More than 80 per cent of the riverside apartments at Promenade, which features a total of 172 one, two and three bedroom residences, are now sold.

Brookfield Residential Properties National Director Philip Leahy said sales had been made to a mix of buyers from the surrounding area and from the southern states.

“Across the board, they are attracted by the opportunity to secure a property on the Brisbane River at Hamilton at a relatively affordable price, with apartments in Promenade starting from $425,000,” he said.

“They also want to be part of Portside Wharf and its range of dining, fashion, shops and entertainment, as the opportunity to live in a masterplanned community like this, that features such an extensive mix of amenities, is rare.

“For investors, the strong rental demand and potential for capital growth over the next four years, with the Northshore Hamilton area set to expand exponentially, is also a key factor.”

Mr Leahy said one and two bedroom apartments were now on display at Promenade.

“A good mix of riverside apartments are still available across various levels, aspects and layouts, so there is plenty of choice for buyers,” he said.

One, two and three bedroom apartments at Promenade have sold for between $373,000 and $1,395,000, achieving an average sale price of $670,000.

Promenade is situated at the heart of the Brisbane retail space, which includes some of Brisbane’s most famed riverside restaurants, including Gusto da Gianni, Byblos and Sono, along with Ella Bache, Jetts Fitness, IGA supermarket and Dendy Cinemas.
