Sales have increased by 120 per cent at Promenade Hamilton Apartments in Brisbane, which has notched up more than double the sales compared with the same period last year.

 

In total, 20 two and three bedroom apartments, on the river at Hamilton, have sold at Promenade, situated at the heart of Portside Wharf, which features some of Brisbane’s best waterside apartments.

 

The sales total almost $10.5 million over the last six months, up from eight apartments at $4.7 million to July 2012.

 

Brookfield Residential Properties Project Director Lee Butterworth said the figures were a sign the market was recovering and a trigger for the launch of two new residential stages at the riverfront dining and living precinct in Hamilton.

 

“Off the back of these outstanding sales, we gained the confidence to launch our next residential stage of luxury riverfront apartments, Pinnacle at Portside Wharf which has posted $32 million in sales since April,” he said.
