Visitors and residents of Portside Wharf will soon have access to yet another cuisine as the riverside precinct continues to expand its retail offering.
Greek tapas restaurant Atalanta has signed a 10 year lease on a 245sqm space in the newly completed Link building at the entrance of the waterfront retail and residential hub, leaving just a limited number of spaces available.
Brookfield Residential Properties’ General Manager Lee Butterworth said Portside Wharf was now home to 45 retailers including waterfront fine dining and casual restaurants, boutique fashion, health and fitness, hair and beauty, conveniences and entertainment.
“Our retail precinct continues to grow, with the current retail space almost completely occupied,” he said.
