Portside Wharf has sold more than $6.5 million of apartments at the latest residential stage, Promenade in recent weeks, and developers Brookfield Residential Properties are confident strong sales will continue in the lead up to Christmas.
Promenade Hamilton Apartments, which is more than 80 percent sold, boast some of the best luxury residential living in Brisbane with 172 one, two and three-bedroom riverside apartments over 15 levels.
Brookfield Residential Properties National Director, Phil Leahy said he is confident the summer months will continue to bring in strong sales figures, with 12 apartments sold since October, bringing total sales at Promenade to more than $77 million.
