Brookfield Residential Properties has called for registrations of interest in a pre-launch of its newest riverfront residential apartment building, Pinnacle at Portside Wharf.

Pinnacle will be the fifth luxury residential apartment building at Portside Wharf – a masterplanned boutique retail and residential precinct along the riverfront offering some of Brisbane’s best waterfront living in the blue chip suburb of Hamilton.

With only limited luxury apartments remaining in the latest stage Promenade, Brookfield Residential Properties National Director, Phil Leahy said he is looking to the future of Portside Wharf.

“With Promenade more than 80 per cent sold, it’s time to prepare for our next riverfront residential apartment building so we can continue to develop Portside Wharf in line with demand,” he said.

“We are calling for registrations of interest in the next stage of the development, Pinnacle at Portside Wharf, which will be a some of Brisbane’s best waterside apartments consisting of premium residences, penthouses and terrace homes of rare status and style.

“Pinnacle will be the most exclusive residential building at Portside Wharf, boasting river and city views that can never be built out.”

Mr Leahy said residents of Pinnacle will enjoy the privilege of exclusive access to the building’s rooftop terrace with pool, barbeque area and gymnasium, as well as the peace of mind of full security with onsite security and onsite management.

“These luxurious residences will be the finest on offer at Portside Wharf and some of the best riverside apartments in Brisbane.”

Pinnacle will comprise one, two and three bedroom apartments, terrace homes and penthouses, with over 70 per cent of all residences offering expansive river and city views, making it one of the best spots for riverfront living in Brisbane.

Designed by renowned architectural firm, Noel Robinson Architects, Pinnacle residences will be spacious with contemporary, open plan interiors and generous balconies.

Mr Leahy said Pinnacle offered the best of everything at Portside Wharf.

“Perfectly positioned for views and breezes, residents of Pinnacle will also have access to the popular dining and retail precinct of Portside Wharf, with a range of recreation and amenity on their doorstep,” he said.

“Portside Wharf is one of Brisbane’s most vibrant shopping, dining and relaxation destinations and is home to some of Brisbane’s best restaurants, including Sono Japanese Restaurant, and home-grown designers, including Urbbana Men’s Style Studio.

“The waterfront dining, boutique shopping and residential precinct on the Brisbane River also boasts a Dendy Cinema, IGA supermarket, Jetts gym, Ella Bache day spa and trendy barber, Bou’s for Men, and with many new retailers in the pipeline, Portside Wharf continues to cement itself as one of Brisbane’s premier retail destinations.”

Portside Wharf is located just six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and in close proximity to domestic and international airports.
