Start your night with warm homemade bread rolls smothered in truffle butter and a glass of Santero 958 ‘for him’ and Bracchetto ‘for her’. Indulge in a trio of Coffin Bay oysters, orange thyme and squid ink rice followed by free range chicken breast with Italian sausage, burnt figs drizzled with red capsicum coulis.
Finish off with a lavender and mirtilli brulee with pistachio biscotti while you watch the sun go down over the Brisbane river. With a special menu for children under the age of 12, you can share the love with the whole family.
